Young Goodman Brown

  1.  I Think Hawthrone's Purpose For Writing This Story Was To Show Us How All Our 5 Senses Tells Us And Shows Us Many Things Without Using Words And That This Dream He Think He Had Became Real In His Own Way Of Living Life.
  2.  I Agree That The Name Of Brown's Wife Fits Her Personality, But Brown Doesnt Have Truth Faith In Her By Doubting Her.
  3.  For Me The Pink Ribbon's Signify The Presence Of Faith And At The Moment Of Brown's Dream Her Death.
  4.  I Say This Experience Brown Had Was A Dream Because On The Story At The End Said "Be It So If You Will; But, Alas! It Was A Dream Of Evil Omen For Young Goodman Brown." And "A Stern, A Sad, A Darkly Meditive, A Distrustful, If Not A Desperate Man Did he Become From The Night Of That Fearful Dream." This Supports My Opinion.
  5.  I Think The Old Man Is Someone Who Has The Same Life As Brown And Probably A Relative The Textual Clues That Tell Me This Are; " The Second Traveller Was About 50 Years Old, Apparently In The Same Rank Of Life As Goodman Brown, And Bearing A Considerable Resemblance To Him, Though Perhaps More In Expression Than Features." And "Still They Might Have Been Taken For Father And Son."
  6. The Staff Represents A Great Black Snake, Assisted By The Uncertain Light. I Think That The Staff Leads Brown Onward Because There Was Many Times Brown Gave Reasons To Turn Back But The People Around Him Didnt Allow It.
  7. If Brown Had Not Ventured Into The Forest His Life Would Be Very Different, And Yes, He Would Have Still Had Faith, And He Would Have Still Trusted His Wife And Townspeople Because An Experience That Has Similarity In Your Life Changes The Ways You See Things Because It Marks You And Your Living With These Taughts And It Basically Haunts You To Death, Makes You Very Unhappy.
